Only the beginning

I'm new to this whole blogging thing so I honestly have no idea what I'm doing... Wish me luck.

I've decided to set up a blog in hopes of documenting my (boring) day to day, my deployment experiences as an airman's wife & my adventures in photography.

So far this year's off to a rocky start.

The company I work for is going through a lot of changes. Along with packing up all the 2012 stuff, we sold the rights to our old name, got a new name, had to change all of our information with all of our vendors & took over accounting for an additional company, so basically we're drowning in paper work.

This week, along with this blog, I set up a Photography Facebook page. It took multiple photo-shoots & a lot of encouragement from friends & family to set the page up & even so I'm not sure I was ready...  The page doesn't have much information, it's missing photo content & without satisfied customers testimony it's basically worthless. In 11 days my husband, A, is being deployed. For the most part I (we) have been acting like it isn't even happening... I am however planning a going away party for him for this weekend. It's a Potluck/BBQ combination. Along with delicious food & great friends, we'll have beer pong, washers, hookah & photo-booth fun.
